This is what happens when you take those design cues across all models too far. You wind up ruining a flagship model and turning it into something that nobody can figure out what it's supposed to be...

The malibu that took design cues from the camaro, which in turn takes half its power train from the corvette.....and now the tail lights of the camaro are on the vette......

GM owner's favorite line; "Its got the same engine as the corvette."

Yeah, the cone of shame made for an interesting week. That was a couple of weeks ago. She weighed in at 38lbs. at that time.

That can definitely be true as well. Is that really the rear of the Stingray? I hadn't even seen that but that looks AWFUL! Though in my opinion the Corvette is one of the most boring looking cars on the road. They always look the same.

I agree with this though. There's a lot of trim and finish missing from the pictures still. I don't dislike the look of the fusion, in fact it's a pretty decent looking little car, but I do hope the Mustang's final product still comes out with a unique enough and aggressive enough look. I guess we'll know soon enough.

Love the updated pics of the pups and that poor cone of shame face.

I'll have to update with some new ones of Sebastian, he's a trip. This place seems to be going to the dogs...

Also things have been really quiet here.

The Mustang should look like a Mustang. It's a f'n AMERICAN car! You want European, buy a BMW.

As far as the Corvette...it's like they're not even trying anymore...
