Thanks guys.....No joint separations, but I did twist my ankle at mile 2....LOL...It numbed up in about 1/4 mile though.

How is the ankle now that you have had time to let the adrenline leave your body? Remember we cannot have you become disabled, your help in "What are you working on?" is always very helpful.

LOL........Ankle is all good. Took some aleve when I got home and yesterday. I think running it off for 12 miles helped too...LMAO
