From another forum - I thought I would post it to see if anyone would like to come by. Toys for Tots is a great cause.

The NC Chapter of United Stangs wil be hosting a Toys for Tots Spring Cruise-In at O'Reilly Auto Parts, 721 Highway 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602, on April 14th from 10 AM until 3 PM. ALL makes, models and years of cars, trucks and bikes are welcome!

Join us for a family-oriented and fun focused FREE cruise-in to display your ride, to come and check out those displaying, for some great food off the grill at only $1 each, door prizes, special pricing at O'Reillys during the event, 50/50 raffle, and to help make a difference for the Catawba Valley Toys for Tots, as all fundraising and food money earned will go directly to this special cause. Donations will be accepted.

Isn't it punishment enough that I had to get up and come to work today? I'm sure you're in the garage touching up that engine bay or washing the car.

 

I'm going to bring this up at the HCMC meeting on Thursday night as well to see if I can generate some interest.

I probably won't be attending this one. Spring time brings too many activities and I really need to do some work around the house, etc. :-) Do you know if we can send donations somehow? I'd be glad to do that.
