Default Picked it up early(Pics)

I ended up getting home Sunday so I was able to pick up the new Stang today. 2013 Pony Package.
I actually thought the interior was tan, but it really is grey(Stone). It is just a really really light grey. So far we are loving it, but then again we have had it for a total of 8 hours..

Now to clay bar it and get a good wax on it.

Congrats!!!
Hope you enjoy the next few hours pampering it with the detailing!!

Might i suggest that after the claybar you apply a coat of DuraGloss CCP (clear coat protector) and let it sit for about 24hrs.
The CCP has a polymer/resin in it that reacts with the clear coat and will give you about 8-10 months of protection.
Really does wonders for the shine and leaves a mirror glass finish to build your waxes on.

Thanks for all the compliments.

Larry, Glad to hear you got yours back. I hope they did a good job for you.

I got about half the car clayed last night but decided to call it a night at around 2 am. I was really suprised at the amount of grit stuck to the paint, but the clay bar has got it smoooooth now.

Good looking car, I like the interior. Haven't seen the stone in an 11+ yet.

The interior is really light colored. As I said befor, the first time we looked at it we were positive it was Tan. But after much closer examination it is indeed stone.
All of the ambient lighting is fun to mess with. The pony projectors are just plain cool. I went to show my Dad(the Corvette guy) and we went out to eat. I could sit inside the building and hit the door lock button when people walked by and it was hilarious to see their reaction to the two ponys on the ground. Ah the joys of messing with people.
