Default ~ Engine Bay pic..

I just picked up this kit (coil-cover/mani cover)....still debating on using it like it is or re-spraying to cover the blue flames & blue side piece matt black.

What do you think? Keep it like it is or cover the blue with black?

I think It would look better black. It just doesn't look quite right with all the black engine components surrounding it.

Looks great as stand-alone, but doesn't flow well in the engine bay.

Cover the Blue with Black on the intake cover. I think the coil covers look good like they are . Just think it will tone it down a little and still look good.

I agree with the elder statesman here. :-)

A white radiator cover with the same blue treatment may help to bring together. You can get a prepainted radiator cover at American Muscle.

Is it me or does the flame pattern seem like it's going the wrong way??

i say respray it! Looks nice, but it really doesn't suit the color scheme of your car.
Hmm...since the basecoat is already down, i wonder if you could just sand it to break the clearcoat, smooth it out and have it ready for hydro-dipping! Carbon Fiber it!

If you could theme your entire engine bay off of that I think it would look sick.
