We are planning a Tail of the Dragon Get Together. For those that aren't familiar with it here's some info.

Still in the planning phases for times, meeting points etc.

If you have any ideas about meeting places, accommodations for those who would like to stay in the area or any other suggestions please let us know.

 

Dave...I have not heard any dates yet... I'm sure this will get it started. Hope you guys are well.

 

If we go again, I had rather spend the night in Pigeon Forge or Gatllinburg. I like using the meeting room at the Microtel, but food leaves a bit to be desired in Robbinsville.

Yeah, lots more options in Pigeon Forge and G-Burg. Lots more places to stay too. They have some nice cabins that sleep like 20 or 30 or something like that too.

I remember we had great top-down weather at the end of April last year.

 

We're game for Gatllinburg or Pigeon Forge.

 

Same here...Gatllinburg or Pigeon Forge sounds like fun.

 

I'm certainly in favor of better food! Hopefully the date selected works for me. I'll be super busy at work from now until May.

Yep, those calenders can be tricky.

We went April 28th last year and the weather turned out really nice. I would think sometime in April would be the best bet for warmer weather. Opinions?
