Looks good Steve! I just noticed the other day that my door panels are starting to do that too.

Doug, what is the estimated completion date on the install?

Also have to take the driver side door panel off and fix "the sag" where the material has started to come loose from the backing pad.

Anyway, here are a couple of pics from my adventures in waxing this evening.

And a couple of shots of the paint..... Bye bye swirl marks!!!

Crap, a million horsepower, slick and shiny red paint, a new sig - that thing rocks Steve. Love that car.

Hopefully if it's a shop they know enough to do that. Otherwise...

Bet it looked funny with that beater of a thing giving off that noise and me inside with the windows down and my shooting ear muffs on. I did realize I will have to check the speedo, kept the stock cable and gears but I dont know what set is in the t-5. Felt weird to drive that thing on the road, hasnt been out of any neighborhoods since 2006.
So is it going to be road worthy shortly?

Thanks guys! I have to admit I am the worlds WORST when it comes to detailing a vehicle. This is the first time in 2&1/2 years of ownership that I actually have done a PROPER hand wash and some paint correction. Bout time!!!! LOL

Seeing how shiny all of you guys cars were Saturday was good motivation.

Car looks fantastic Steve...Like always!
Gawd I love those wheels!!

JJ/Jeff: The Car should be put together by Wed....the long wait is getting the PCM back from ROUSH Perf in Livonia. Its getting the Phase 2 calibrated Tune. I did not go with the SCT tuner,Yeah yeah I know. So many people giving me hell about that....but I have my reasons (and she's 5'6" with a great figure and beautiful eyes)! Same reason I had a ROUSH certified installer put it on vs us doing it in the garage.

The ROUSH calibrations have gotten a bad wrap...but from what I hear ROUSH does a much better job on the tunes for the Phase 2 kit! We will see, when I get it back I will have it dyno'ed to see what it's like.

Problem is that I might not get to pick it up until Sat :0
Can't find anyone available to give me a ride to Capital Ford in Rocky to get the car during buisness hrs...I don't know a whole lot of people in my area.

At least you will get it back. Since my install I have logged 11,000 miles.

I had to send my PCM to Roush too. It got the Roush flash then I loaded my tune.
