Sounds great can't wait to finish mine off, just running the cat back right now on the stock pipes and headers.

Hey Sleeper question for you. When you hit bumps can you hear your Stainless Works Tips hit the rear valance? Mine seem to bounce quite a bit when I hit a bigger bump.

Haven't had that happen. I have them pretty centered which leaves about a 1/2" or so between the tips and valance. Are you sure it's the tips and not vibration from the pipes hitting something under the car? (Spare tire housing, axle, chassis support bar, etc.) I have a 1" spacer between the chassis support bar and the body.

It could be coming from under the car more. It's hard to say I really need to get someone to watch it when I hit a big bump. But to me it sounds like metal hitting plastic its not a metal on metal sound. I have about the same 1/2" between the tips and valance too. The one thing I have noticed is there is quite a bit of play on the tips. Can move them around pretty easy. Kind of wondering if the hangers are not clamping properly. Think I just need to get it back up on the rack and check all the hangers.

Great to see more folks putting this exhaust system on. I think it's one of the best sounding systems that I have heard on the 5.0.
