Is it possible to get 275/45/17 under my 88gt without any mods

Looks like its more dependent on what rim you have.

I had 275/45/18's on my coupe with no problems, 6.5" back spacing on 10" wheels. Switched to 285's on the same wheels and had to remove quad shocks. Probably with a 1/4" spacer all would have been fine.
