I haven't seen one but if your engine is already rubbing you'd need even more clearance to fit the shaker scoop in there. Can you put in some lower engine mounts?

It has stock mouths now, if I have the clearance between oil pan and crossmember could work,i thought cut hole in hood and bolt down scoop would be nice but if one is not made its not an option

I'm sure you could make one work, but lowering the motor is probably a better option.

I've been thinking about a shaker for my '07. I just love the look. I saw a cool pic of an '07 done up with a shaker and Boss 281 stripes. With the right hood and custom work, anything is possible I guess.

It does add character to the car.

I'd need a new hood too. I have the factory scoop and shaker hardware won't cover the holes. CDC makes an awesome pre-cut aluminum retro hood for S197's so you don't need the hood rings. I found one pick of a true shaker on a fox when I googled images. It looks good!

I know CDC makes a spacer to raise the scoop. I have no idea what motor mounts or setup in general he's got. Here's the link to the photo. I can't bring it up on my work PC.

He is using a 4 inch cowl hood.Which would give him the clearance on his engine. On the CDC shaker kit .the kit use brackets to bolt to the alternator and throttle body. the shaker sit on top on the brackets. Most of the guys who are using the factory shaker, custom make their brackets to fit a SOHC / V6. i can post some pics of my CDC setup for you if you want them.
