Have you tried seeing what car max would give you for the trade in? Might open some options.

Guess I don't mind project cars, but it's not my DD.

No we haven't tried it. They probably wouldn't give us hardly anything because their are some things wrong with it. Like the battery can't hold a charge, and something is wrong the back doors that were not to sure about ( its a van ). So were not even going to bother with something big like Carmax.

<CORRECT>

It also looks like it could have had a NOS setup, i see a toggle switch in one of the pictures.
Why no engine pics?? Are they hiding something?

I was wondering the same thing with the switch I had no clue what it did and didn't really ask about it, but I will next time. The engine looked extremely clean. I think it was all stock if I remember correctly.

Thanks guys for the help! I looked at the car yesterday and it didn't look to good except the paint. The left muffler was loose, and there was a lot of rust under the car. So I'm passing on it. While I was on the way back I saw another mustang that was perfect. It has everything I want on it, but the price seems kind of outrageous. They are wanting 19k for it. is that a bit too much for a 05 to 09?

Link?

Also didn't these come with the screwed up spark plugs that break? 2005-2007 and a few 2008 models? If it did I'd negotiate the dealer to change them in the price if they haven't been already. Ford charges 500 flat with a 100 addition for each one that breaks (quoted from my friend with an f150). Just something to negotiate with. You could get them to drive the price down and do it yourself, it's just tedious and involves a lot of sea foam and pb blaster.
