i got a favor to ask of any of you photoshoppers...to combat the low quality of this picture, can you add some effects, like cartoonize it, or if you have a filter that makes it look alright, im open for anything. thanks

is there ANY way you could get a better pic? there isnt much that can be done to make this pic look any better quality-wise than it already is. unless JB has another trick to pull out of his ***[8D]

 

im really not worried about crispness and excellent photo quality...if theer is a way to make it more cartoony, like it was drawn with a marker or crayons, thatd be about perfect. its been a few years since i had photoshop on my computer, so i dont really know what filters are available, but any rendering of it would probably make me happy

 

i was saying that more for our sake than the overall outcome of the picture, its a lot easier to work on a decent quality pic. maybe later ill see what i can do. its lunch time now.
