For a background, I'd like lightning bolts &/or tornadoes.

I tried to make my own all morning, but I couldnt get my PSP to isolate the car and cut out the rest of the pic. I finally gave up. LOL

 

is it just me or do those pics look grainy/dirty? or is that the car?

 

Its not the car. I think it might be the reflection of the gravel/dirt? If those won't work (doesn't sound like they will), I'll park it in the grass and take better pics next time we have some sun.

 

NO GRASS!!! Dont ever take pictures that you want people to chop in the grass. It makes it alomst impossible to chop around the tires. Just take it to a parking lot somewhere. There is a sticky thread about how to take good pictures.

 

its not a problem, im just concerned at how the quality of the pictures will affect your sig and how people view your car.

there's some really good information in these rules/tutorials that will give you the best results for your requests.

its up to you if you want to take some new pictures, i would advise that you do, just to improve the quality of the pics, but overall its up to you. if you do DO NOT take pictures in grass, it is really hard to work with grass pictures, and it really brings down the quality after cutting all the grass out of the picture.

if you can, try taking them in an open parking lot righ before sundown. that will give you the best results.

again this isnt something im requiring you to do, im just lookin out for the best interest in giving your car the best image possible.

possibly the camera, just let us know what you decide to do, whether it be taking new pictures or not. we can work with the first picture you posted, but thats about it. the second one has part of the front bumper chopped off so that one is no good.

Thanks KK! It will be probably be May or June before I can get my baby dressed up for good pics (new babies tend to take up alot of time LOL). I'll let you know when she's ready.

 

youre best off waiting anyway if youre getting any exterior work done to your car in the near future
