Ok so i put a new front bumper on the tiburon and its silver. how do i make it that orangey color?

 

desaturate it, then go to Image > Adjustments > and either use Color Balance or Hue/Saturation to match the color.

try changing the color of the rest of the car to match the color of the bumper...

Try changing the color of the bumper by going to Image>Adjustments>Variations....there are several ways to change colors. You can also try making a new layer and filling it with orange, then overlaying it over the bumper.
