downloading ANYTHING on those programs, that arent FREEWARE, are ILLEGAL. whether its music, videos, or programs.

its only legal to download stuff if its authorized by the author/creator. downloading stuff from kazaa/limewire/winmx/other, is P2P file sharing, meaning your dowloading the files from someone else's computer, not from a legal 1st party host.

You can download GIMP 2 for free, and is very similar to photoshop, but not as many features. But it is free and legal to download, just do a search for GIMP 2 download and should be easy to find.
