Well I'm using Adobe Photoshop 9.0 CS2

try this: Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options>Stroke.

o well then stroke it and it will look 10x better.
Alright, I got it finally. It does look better but I think I need to work with photoshop a little more so I can get something a little better. Thanks to everyone for all the help.
