i believe the admins only have that power


and if it is possible, you'd get in a lot of trouble for banning someone without 1. a valid reason, and 2. consulting an admin first... the mod would prob get banned himself.

plus, why would a mod need to? if its for any valid reason, youd have to prob tell the admin about it, which in that event the admin would take care of it.
