ok so here's the deal

I just bought a race car and im going to be racing it in so cail. [sm=gears.gif]And the car has all the old sponsers on it from the previous owner.

What i was hoping is that you guys could just paint the car back to silver.

Then im going to try to see how I can arrange spots for my new sponsers. Ill upload 2 pictures for you guys.

Now I just need it painted silver. But I now you guys like to have some fun. So you guys can mess around with it, or even add some affects on it as in decals (it currently has like a black splash with red and bule on it.

But im racing at the same race track that the car did last season. Im going to keep the car silver. But im changing the number, i want 11, but i think its alreadly taken so i guess i try to get number 65, i think that is avaiable. But i dont want the fans or other drivers to think its the same driver.

Anywayz i did download a 30day trial of adobe CS2, but i cant find out how you guys do this amazing work.

hmmm now if you have lots of time on your hands, you could make me a signature of the car, maybe put Mustangs forums on there and with the number 65

ok, i started messing around in adobe photoshop and i fiqured out how to change colors on a normal car IF the car is ONLY one color alreadly, and being able to keep the reflections.

But like this car has more then one color beacuse of all the stickers / decals. So now im trying to figure out how to change it to one color and try to keep reflections on the car.

I tried to change the color on my truck, but my hood's paint has been peeling off over the years. So i was able to successful change the color from a champene brown to a dark gray / dark silver. But the hood is dark gray /silver with the paint pelling off.

SO im guessing once I fiqure that out ill be able to apply that to both truck and the race car.

Any ideas?

 

You are going to have to use the clone stamp tool to cover all the decals....or use a different method....

The chop you are asking for is very difficult and time consuming...just FYI[&:]

well you dont have to waste a whole lot of time, if you are bored and have nothing better esle to do then its all good. But if its too time consuming, no worries, no rush ethier. I really appricate it though

it hard trying to learn photshop, so many different tools.
