ok, so i saved the work i had on my sig so i could work on it tomorrow and i opened it up to see if it saved right, and the background around the car became white.. [:@]

is there any way to make the background transparent again? i tried to delete it to make it transparent again, but nothing happened, it stayed white..

please help..

 

did u save it as a photoshop?
also use the majic want tool and click the white and hit delete, or re trace alllll ur stuff again thats all i can think of right now

 

no i saved it as a jpeg

 

there is ur problem. dont save it as a jpeg if u wanna go back and work on it save it as a photoshop image

all i did was cut out the car, so it shouldnt take that long to get back to where i was

 

if its a white bg all u gotta do is use the majic wand tool click it on the while and hit invert after its all selected... this will now select the car. copy the car put it on a transparent bg then save it as a photoshop file
