if you make them static vinyls then people with really dark tinted windows wont be able to see the decal from outside the car.....

 

If you can't see a white sticker through the window, your tint is too dark!

But, at cruise nights you can temporarily stick one on the outside of the glass.

Or you could set up a neon kit behind it and light it up.

i like that center one in the 1st set of decals. it's small and elegant (sp) but a lot of great ideas!!

 

Definatly small enough for the 1/4 window

 

Static vinyl is lame for quarter windows.. For one you can't see it, second I would want to stay as far away from the tint as possible in case of somehow messing it up, and third the outside quarter decals are easy to take off with a razor blade. If your just looking for a way to save money just don't buy one. I do agree though that a small static decal for the lower front windshield would be nice.
