Its actually kind of a chore but jack up the whole back, remove the tires, unbolt the rear bolts on the calipers, put a secondary jack under the rotors and bring it all the way up till its touching and then undo the bolt holding that side and lower the jack slowly and it will lower the rear rotors and arm. Unbolt the shock from above in the trunk and the one from the bottom. The spring will be somewhat loose, then you just try to work it out of the spot. The lowered spring goes in alot easier. When you take the shock out of the spring you can use a spring compressor if you want but its not manditory. The front is almost the same.
