Yes, I'm 19 and have two Cobra's. Luck, I wouldn't say I have any of it. If you knew me, you'd know the I have the worst luck in the world.

I'm not rich, I just live for the moment. I've seen pleanty of people go through life waiting for retirement and such to start living, and too many have not made it to that point. My mom has just caught to how I've been living, and that's why she has the GTO. If we run out of money, then we run out of money. We can at least say we had some fun.

Besides, what's the point of holding on to your money, when you can die any day? Wouldn't you be happier if you just spent it on something you enjoyed?

Also, when I was in high school, I didn't have a Mustang at all, so you're a step ahead of me.
I like your style.

^ Live life to the fullest.

You have to save sometime, but i usually treat myself to something every check, and not to be nosey but did your parents help you out buying the cobra (terminator) or did you just work ALOT.
Cause I'm the same age as you and finishing college in 4 years also, and I can't afford even some simple mods...

Thats a great mentality. I use that all the time, and it really does make life great!

I don't have money for myself, but if I did have enough money for a nicer car, I would definately buy it. Live wealthy, healthy and happy.

Well, it's got 121,5XX miles on it, that's its first problem. Second major problem, is it has a slight leak. If you know what you're doing, you can probably fix it. I just don't have time to do it. Third major problem, is it needs tires all around that match, or you could just do what I did: use the originals as rims and winter tires, and buy summer rims and tires.

Cars in pretty damn good shape for going on 11 years old. If you're serious, I can tell you more about it, and let people see it. In all honesty, I wanted to make it into an 03/04 cobra, then realized it's just cheaper to buy one that's already done.
ill let him know tommorow..ur located in philly right?

My mom helped me out a lot on the Cobra; she's honestly one of the coolest mom's. She cut the check that day, and I paid her the bulk of it the next. Right now I'm in debt a little bit, but she's cool with me paying her back as time goes by. Once the '96 sells (which I still am not sure I want to do), I'll have that much less to go.

I worked my *** off during the summer, working overtime whenever I could. This summer I'll be doing two summer jobs; one from 9-5, and another from about 6-whenever. As for where I got a lot of money, it was SS checks from the government.

For those that don't know, SS is social security. My father died on the job going on 9 years ago. Since then my mom recieved a check a month for me and my other sibblings (2 others; older) about a grand, which was supposed to be spent on supporting us, until we turn 18. Our main income has been off of a city pention check. My mom, unfortunately, does not have what most people would call a job. She does not go to an office for a 9-5 job, but she does stay at home, which is still a job enough; she deals with enough BS here. She quit her job when her mom got sick more than 10 years ago, **** really hit the fan, and just never got back around to it. She's been out of work for way too long now, and most likely would not last long at any place today with the way technology is. It's a shame, because she's unbelievably smart; masters degree in biology. Had she stayed at her old job, we would have been living the high life (as if you guys didn't think we already were). We're not rich, just comfortable.
