I've finally narrowed my decision down to two colors for my '65 coupe, since it's a GT I'm going to have the rocker panel stripes. I was hoping that somebody could show me what candy apple red with a black rocker panel stripe would look like on my car. Also if you could show me what silver with a black stripe on the rocker panel would look like so I can compare the two. Thanks.

does it NEED new paint? cuz i kinda like the black, like it is already.... if anything just go a little glossier

 

When I was sent these pictures from my moms cousin upin Washington(that's who I bought it from), I thought it was black to, but it's actually a dark green. I thought about black but I just don't want the flaws in th body to show (in case I miss any when I finish all the body work). But yes, it does need new paint.

Could you also show me what a silver stripe would look like with the candy apple red please. Somebody gave me that suggestion today and I thought it would look pretty cool. Thanks.
