I was wanting to use this pic as my sig. Im just wanting to chop it down so that i can use it in my sig but i dont know how to do this? If you could chop off the excess on top and bottom and then resize it if it needs it so that i can use it.

And if you think you have a cool idea you could add a cool background or do whatever cool stuff you guys do Thanks!

you can do that in Paint. just go to Image > Stretch/Skew and put in values less than 100%

are you shrinking it at the same percentage for horizontal and vertical?
