i was more or less talkin to 02WinDixieGT, but you can change it yourself. you can do it in MS Paint. under Image > Stretch/Skew, you can change the values to under 100% and it will shrink the image. (just make sure you make the horizontal and vertical values the same everytime you shrink it). if youre not sure how big it is, you can always check yourself under Image > Attributes.

Edit: I made him this one after he asked if someone could make him one and he's still using that one he has now that isn't great but ok... The background on it doesn't match the forums at all and the edges are rough.. I know people that start out don't really know what they are doing but.. Well you know..
