you need a special software, alot you can use but I recomend photoshop.
1. take pic
2. crop it
3. add background
4. add words, name, etc
5. blend it all together
6. add some special xfects (optional)
and done...
I play socom2 online for ps2 that's why I did these signs

I keep seeing sig listed on this forum and im not really sure what everyone is talking about. Could someone please fill me in?
