I believe it is the 3D carbon one (I got it over a year ago) and I like the looks of it a lot; it gives the s197s a more 'classic look'. I think I paid around150-180 for itbut it did come unpainted, which was the only bad thing about it.there was a lot of sanding, priming and painting involved, butit only took less than7 hours before itwas on my car. I put 2-3 light coats of sandable primer, then 7-8 light coats of automotive trim paint; wet-sanding when each coatwas dry (about 20-30 min). If I did it again, I would wait a little longer before wet-sanding (I messed up a few paint layers in one spot). fortunately, I havent had to do any touch-ups yet and the paint doesnt scratch very easily since it has curedanyway, I bought it at ninosport (http://www.ninosport.com/3D-Carbon-D...l-2005-Mustang), and it looks like the panels may come painted now. if you have the money, I would say go for it
