I think most people know that Joo makes some amazing sigs. So how about a tutorial so we can stop pestering you Joo?

i have mixed feelings about this; Joo's sigs are awesome... so how he makes them should be his secret. but, human nature is starting to get the best of me and i kinda wants ta know.

 

I wanna know too...but if I did something that awesome I'd never let the secret go.

 

hmm, no tutorials are really needed... other than this one that i posted a while back... (the results you get from just step 8 are really useful)

that, and make sure you know about layer styles and filters. just experiment with them all and make sure you know what they do

drop shadows, strokes, posterization, cutout


recently ive been taking inspiration from old propaganda posters, with the bright colors and highly stylized... well, everything








or things like old pulp comics




i know indiana jones isnt really old, but the art style of the posters and things is very retro

Thanks Joo. I'll have to give a few a try tonight. The ASU one you did a whle back is probably one of the coolest I've ever seen!!!
