unfortunately no. every place i've sent an application to hasn't contacted me and the one job i was hoping to hear about the most (to work in the county crime lab) i just learned that unless i have 'inside resources' (i.e. you already work for the sherriff's dept, fbi, etc.) there is a 99% chance you won't even be considered.
so... i'm pretty bummed about that. but i'm glad you like the flames

not really
(in order) i took a pic of some flames, then copied/layered it in to fill in what i needed, then used the eraser at about 30-40% opacity (or whatever it's called) to 'fade out' the 'tops of the flames, then changed the 'master' opacity for the flame layer (after i merged them together, keeping the car a separate layer), then selected the areas that would be 'open' on the car (grille, lights, etc) and deleted the flames from those sections, then, finally, used the hue/saturation tool to change the color of the flames.
wow... i used 'then' a lot :P
oh, and 1999, if i were painting the flames on my car, i would have the bumper be a solid color, then gradually go into the flames maybe at the top of it and onto the hood. the solid color on the bottom would look better, imo
