This is my first crack at using PS. BG is made completely of grunge brushes and there are 9 layers in all. I think it's decent for a first attempt. Let's hear some rates.

good job. I don't know about pink! lol... the blending with the bg and the robot guy doesn't look that good, getting there, did you get my source files i emailed you?

 

Yeah, I got the source files. But they really didn't help me out all that much. I'm really struggling with making the BG have depth. I have seen some sigs that just make my jaw drop. That's where I want to get. Like these:





And, as far as the pink color in my sig, it is actually burgandy with a soft light blend. I kinda like the color it generated.[&:]

 

yea i know, I seeing several signs like that or better, but I do my stuff and they do their stuff and that's that, I can't be like them, I try to get my own style going and not copy anyone else, try doing the same

 

Yeah, that's the exact same way that I view it too. I was mainly talking about the BGs in those sigs. They are incredible, especially the Chrome one. Just hard to believe that was all done with brushing.
