Yeah I can fix that later tonight, I can also alternate the three pictures so that each shot takes turns coming to the front if you would like.

yeah. i just got an idea. it might be too similar to yours but if you dont mind, im from dallas so you could get a dallas skyline picture likes yours and to the rotate thing.

Well for the background part I just go to filter, brush strokes, spatter. Then just adjust how "spattered" you want it.

Oh yeah, then use the burn tool around the edges. Joo told me that one.......I still can't make mine look like his though
