no its not brushes. it is a 3d picture i found online

 

how can i make mine smaller, if i open it in paint, or photoshop it shows it as 542x205 but its still twice as big here. i even tried removing the old sized picture from photobucket and replacing it with the new sized one. whats up with that

 

open in photoshop, go to image - resize and enter the new dimensions, it will automatically change the second dimension unless you have constraint proportions unchecked

 

oh and make the resolution 72 pixels/inch

 

this is as small as it will go, i can make the image smaller, but it won't show up any smaller in my signature

 

there, host it for yourself though ima delete it soon. just go to photoshop, image size, and make the width 400 pixels for sig size, then you have to delete the one you are hosting and upload the new one.

 

just using this for hosting purposes for some quick sigs..

nope..just having some options lol, they r just sh*tty ones but need something to fill up my sig til i finish my animated one im working on
