Default Paint chop

Ok people, got some ideas for some paint as it is gonna need a new coat. I'm thinking black to the bottom of the pillars and then silver for the rest. I know it's been done before. Not looking for one of a kind. I just know how black cars show dirt. Also, open to other suggestions on color combos.

you really have a set of skills when it ces to this stuff. I know it will look different in person, but do u think it needs some black at the bottom somewhere to break it up a little or maybe the BOSS stripe on the hood and coming down the fender like they do?

Thanks again!

hmm... some stripes would look pretty good... actually, here's another chop with some different 'parts' added to it: simple rocker stripes, a mach 1 chin spoiler, and your spoiler in black (i used to have an '02 in silver with that combo of parts... except for the black upper half, but that combo did look good). i would probably add some headlight blackout too, to help break up all the silver up front.

Exceptional work. Those stripes and spoiler change really make a difference. Good call on the headlights as well. I had planned to darken them up anyway due to the fogging issues the stock ones have already. Gonna hit the back up as well. I was also gonna look into powdercoating the rims black because I really like them but they have a little rash showing. Reason being, i figured having them powdercoated would be somewhat cheaper than a new set.

OP if you're gonna do this the dark shadow grey would look awesome with a black top and black accents

Hate to ask again, but my buddy who is gonna be doing a lot of the work with me came up with the idea of doing the entire top ( hood, roof, truck, spoiler) silver and the leaving the bottom part black to save time and money on having to do jambs, etc. Can you hook me up with that visual and maybe a flip of it as well with the black on top? I'm gonna add some more pics as well in the first post. You can pic and choose which other ones to do if u want. Thanks so much.

The silver top really does look good. I think I might have found my combo. I just wish November would get here sooner.

Update. It's gonna be December before I get the car if everything works out. His lease doesn't end until the end of November. I talked to him today and so far, we are still on. I'm just tryin gto make my mind up about the rims. They have a little curb rash on them, so I was thinking of going black powdercoat instead of going totally new rims to be more cost effective. Plus, I really like the rims. Can you hook me up with some black on them please?
