how do u shrink picture sizes? cause i got several that i would like to post from time to time can someone help me?

no i mean like the size of it as far as like memory cause i got one on my computer that i want to post on here but it says u can only post 400kb and the picture is 408kb how do u shrink the size of it that way?

i dunno the picture is off a digital camera if that helps
