But basically you need to..
upload that picture to a picture account (photobucket, flickr, imageshack)
look for the image link (it will start with http:// and end in .jpg most likely)
in the area you want to post the picture, type [img], paste the link for the image, then type [/img].. and you're done.
should look like:
[img]http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4086/4836105395_d497fd7233.jpg[/img]

and youll get:
