alright, I went to the paintshop pro website

I went through the steps and downloaded Paintshop Pro X
Is there anyway I could do something like blinking lights on my sig with this package?

i had some fun with it a bit ...didn't come out to great though because photobucket won't let me upload anything bigger than 250k so it's in low rez and i had to cut alot of frames out to make it fit ...still thought i'd show it...
