Flip the vert to the right side, and the cartoon to the left.

or you can cut the steering wheel and put it on the other side of the windshield, and use the clone stamp tool to patch it up. but just swapping the 2 pics is the easiest and best way

ill fix mine, i got nothin to do rite now. itll take me a little bit though, let me know if thats something youll want with the exception of the bg color before i go ahead and do all that work.
