hey guys i cant figure out how to resize my avatar i have it set as 130X130 with 14KB and its set as medium and 5 for quality buit still says to large anyone wanna help? teh pic is below full size and small

I always use the Microsoft Photomanager (er something like that) that came with Office 2003
