I'm trying to deternmine how much I might be able to get for a 1968 Mustang Coupe that is "in progress" of being restored. Long story short, our plans for restoring the Mustang may have changed and we may be selling it. Here's the deal...

1968 Coupe... currently in the body shop getting new floor pan, torque boxes, roof, frame rails, etc. When done, it will have no rust, and be ready to paint. Engine (6 cyl) runs... has a "new" rebuilt carb but needs work and fine tuning... and needs a new interior.

I know this isn't much to go on, but am curious what a ballpark figure might be. I plan on waiting until after the body work is done before I sell. Feel free to ask any question if you need any more info to give an answer.

 

I'd say with the 6 banger it may bring $4000-$5000 being rust free. Throw a Maco on it and ask $6000.

Thanks for the reply. I may end up keeping it anyway, but having a rough value helps me make the decision one way or another.
