Autolite 1100 and Junkyard Heaven
First, will an Autolite 1100 carb that's on a 65 Falcon work on a 68 Mustang?
Second, on a trip to visit my grandson I came across a small garage, kind of out of the way, and behind the garage were 27 mustangs (all 60s models) sitting in tall grass and weeds. Owner said they'd been there since he bought the place about 20 years ago. He said "Bring your tool box and take what you want...I'll let you have whatever you want for a very small price...these things aren't doing me any good anyway". After I regained consciousness I told him I'd be back.

You can put a 2v carb on a 200 6-cylinder??? What all does that require? I'm going to try to get back to the garage this week. I'll get better directions and put them online. The guy has his place for sale - hope he hasn't sold it !!!
It just takes a 1 to 2 adapter and a 2bbl carb from langdons stovebolt. You will have to modify the carb linkage to make it work with your 68s throttle linkage.
