Default How would I PUT THIS IN MY 65? LOOK!

I want to put this in my 65' do you think I could convert it to rwd and get some custom engine mounts made?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts...1%7C240%3A1308

Would it be cool?

Thanks,
Will

You don't... I believe that goes to a nissan...

Keep in mind this is a personal view.... but it is also shared by
Einstein..

Sorry I did not make it to the second half of the post I was baffled
IMO I don't think it would be cool, I am not a purist by any means
but come on....

You need the rb25det tranny oil pan and pick up.Would be cheaper and better to get a rb25det it has a better flowing head and a single turbo.I will warn you parts for them are hard to come by.I had the rb25det in a 240sx a used starter from aus almost made me cry.

That is just wrong man. Sorry, would like to be less blunt, but I just can't. Skyline's are amazing cars on their own, but you just can't cross the streams (Ghostbusters) this way.

If you want to go modern and turbo charged, check out some of the Australian Ford Inline 6's. They are amazing motors. Or just wait a year or two, the Ecoboost, Direct Injection Ford V6 does 355hp will be out there.

Word of caution, Ford gas tanks don't hold RICE....fuggidaboutit! Nothing cool about a Nissan powerplant in a Classic Mustang. Dude sell your car....they aren't "tuners". I REALLY hope that you reconsider the "coolness" of that kind of mod.
But, to each his own, you gotta do what you wanna do. Just not my thing. I'd rather burn mine to the ground before putting a rice burning power plant in it.

Just lookin to do something different. I asked because I wanted to know how everyone felt. I am the proud owner of a r33 skyline already, and was just curious b/c I am getting ready to do a turbo v8 build in my 65 for the track. I just know that I could make 700whp for 1/2 the cost with the rb26dett. Thanks for the input though! It wont be getting done. I'm building a turboed 302 instead!
