Default Well, finally got a mig welder

I have been wanting a mig welder since I learned to weld, and thanks to a few people lookin out, finally got one. Thank you, Sears and Roebuck.

My friend called me and left a panicked voicemail telling me to call him ASAP. Called him back like 10 mins later. He had just bought a Craftsman Mig Welder in Sears and wanted to know if I wanted one.

Apparently he was checking out and the clerk said something along the lines of "Do you need a welder?" My friend isn't very mechanically inclined and said no. Guy says "That's a shame. There's an error in our system and theres a $450 welder selling for $45."

He bought one. I bought one. In fact, I bought 3. (Got one, placed 2 on order) Called my father and grandfather and they each bought one off me.

So, thanks to the salesman and my friend, I got a sweet deal on a nice mig welder.

Congrats!

I have been wanting to buy one myself but have decided to save the money and put it towards an engine build instead.

What part / model number is it? I get off at 4 pm today and there is a Sears right across the street from my office...LOL!

The error has been corrected. I tried to pick up a few more and the price was updated
