Cool things a toggle switch could do?
I found a on/off toggle switch, it had a flip up clear-red cover, and it lights up when it's engaged. It would be awesome to put it in my 1966 Mustang, but what could it do?
I was thinking line-locks, and I don't have any other ideas. I'm open to anything, gimme cool ideas

A novelty purpose for the toggle switch is to power a solenoid that opens the passenger door. You hit the button when your passenger approaches so you can open the door for them as a courtesy.
Just make sure they don't say, "What's this do?" and try the button after they get in and you're doing 80.

we had a lot truck at work with an all metal pretty industrial looking push buttom that was the ignition, and i always hesitated to push it, because it just looks like the kind of button that would shock you.
on another note I have been scheming on a way to make my licence plate flip over while I am at a car show and if I do it I will use a switch but I wont want it visible.
