Put it on your dash and label it ignition but rig it where if someone flips the switch it electrocutes them....the ultimate anti-theft measure, LOL!

I was thinking line-locks, and I don't have any other ideas. I'm open to anything, gimme cool ideas
I went to the junk yard and pulled the trunk latch & draw from a late 90's Cadi. electric trunk release and auto shut for 8 bucks and some wire I had laying around. The little mods are what count! GL.

A novelty purpose for the toggle switch is to power a solenoid that opens the passenger door. You hit the button when your passenger approaches so you can open the door for them as a courtesy.

Just make sure they don't say, "What's this do?" and try the button after they get in and you're doing 80.

This is a pretty sweet idea. It'd be fun to do a little mini project that involves a junkyard too, and it's original

we had a lot truck at work with an all metal pretty industrial looking push buttom that was the ignition, and i always hesitated to push it, because it just looks like the kind of button that would shock you.

I have a couple of these solenoids as well.
on another note I have been scheming on a way to make my licence plate flip over while I am at a car show and if I do it I will use a switch but I wont want it visible.

If someone's on your *** at a stop light, turns on your back up lights?
