this isnt tech....and youre not supposed to link to other forums...the dash in a 65-68 is a structural piece of the car so i hope whoever is doing this mod is keeping that in mind....

Now the S197 dash on the other hand, is not.

what this guy said^^ the sn95 dash is much stronger than the 67 dash and to boot the steel framewill be welded in. the 67 dash is about as structural as an empty beer can... i understand that the car needs all the help it can get as rigidity is not a hallmark of a classic mustang i will get some pictures on here. the project is actually coming along very well especially considering i have been blasted on every mustang site i have been on for even thinking of this blasphemy

to each his own. what im basically doing is trying to combine all my favorite elements of different mustangs through the years in a tasteful way. boss 302 front spindles and brakes, 67 coupe shell, sn95 interior, 9 inch with big discs, 91 5.0 with 93 cobra top end, 94gt t-5 transmission, ect, ect
