Default Help on engine re-assembly

I know, I'm an idiot for not taking pictures before disassembly. Can anyone tell me what I'm still missing on the intake manifold, I know where heater elbow goes but I've got a couple open bolt holes and several bolts not holding anything. Maybe it'll come to me when I stick it back in the car. It's a '65 289.

Thanks,
Rich

Yes I just set the covers on to keep out dust- I was waiting to put the bolts in because my engine rebuilder told me to squirt some oil on the valves before I fired her up. Also waiting on new exhaust manifold bolts before I can put those back on.

the only hole i recognize off the top of my head is the one in the 2nd pic, its the water temp sending unit i believe. looks like a spark plug but not as long and the end is a few millimeters wide metal plug like thingy.

I just got back from a 300 mile trip, so my engine bay is dirty, but here are some pics of mine. Maybe you can take it from there.
