I am going with bigger valves on stock 302 heads.

 

Tyler the first one dyno you posted, that was slickmans setup right. No way that could be done with stock heads. BTW im also just lookin to break 300, i drive mine everyday in the summer. You got any setups?

 

no that was my setup. I had a different cam. and the 302 heads have bigger valves. intake was 1.490 and i cant remember what i had for the exhaust.

 

What did it cost you to have your valve seats cut??

 

Post all the details on the head and stuff. Just do a print screen of the left pane in the dyno2000..

 

I dont have that done yet that is what i am doing next. I plan on buying a 302 shortblock, and some heads with bigger valves. Then i will take my new headers, weiand intake, and 600 cfm carb from my current 289.

 

daver i did youra,but i think if we had some flow numbers for the heads the numbers will be more acurate
