I just purchased a wide ratio toploader from David Kee Toploader (he has a nice website, just punch that name into Google and you can find it), I paid something like $1,550. I know that isn't cheap, but he totally rebuilds them, even manufactures parts for them.

I also have another 4spd toploader from a 1964 1/2 Mustang that was rebuilt and ready to go, in fact its still in it's shipping case. I also have a bell housing for it that will allow it to be used with a 1964 1/2 (smaller bolt pattern) and 1965+ cars. I would like to sell it if anyone is interested. Not sure exactly how much, but I am into about $950.
