Just as important as keeping the rear end centered under the vehicle, is the ability to adjust the "roll center". That is were you see the bolt in the middle can move to several different mounting positions. This can drastically effect the balance and handling of the car.
A picture with the rear end at normal ride height, and the exhaust plumbed would be really nice.

it does actually look pretty straight forward to install also, looks like its not something that would cause a major head ache.

Sorry I missed this response.... It would depend on the car and exhaust of that particular car.
