Default One Problem Solved, Three Problems Aquired

anyone ever felt like that???

so i ordered a turn signal cam repair and i couldnt figure out how to get the old one off so i just ordered a whole turn signal harness thing so i didnt have to deal with it but i then found out it would cost mroe to send the original turn signal repair kit thing back so i just said forget it and pryed the old one off and put that one on...i got the signal to stay up and down. Then i realize the brake lights arent working anymore....so im pretty pissed at this point, i check all wires and under the dash i found one wire hanging by a thread, i touched it and it fell and its hooked up to the brake pedal....i dont know how to get it back in there and im going to pretty much freak the hell out right now.

so i guess i will just replace the entire thing since i already ordered it and just scrap the old one because its too much of a pain in the butt to try to fix and i hate wiring since i can never get those little rivet things off...there has got to be an easy way besides just prying them off with something........

anyways....anyone know anything about the brake lights and what could be wrong???

I would suggest fixing the brake light switch wiring first. Then you need to look closely at the turn signal switch. The brake light wiring runs through the turn signal switch.

Good luck,

Scott
