It's been awhile since we did a gas price check from around the nation. Here in central Texas Premium is about $2.67 and regular is about $2.52. Regular jumped from $2.05 to $2.52 in a matter of two months. I guess the gas companies are gearing up to make some huge profits during the summer months. So, how does it look in your neck of the woods?

Here is Southwest Virginia, premium is 2.75. Regular is 2.57

 

2.55$ for regular here in providence. back home (just north of boston) a few cents less. maybe its a good thing my car isn't driveable yet....[:'(]

 

it looks like crap in my neck of the woods.....im not sure but i think its in the 2.70's right now with it expected to break 3 bucks by summer or over summer....

in econ today we were discussing it all and supposedly we get screwed on gas prices because the gas companies have a formula that uses the per capita income of the average person in your area and if your area has more money, you will pay more than other areas......ahh i love california and san francisco but everything is so friggin expensive!!!

my house my family bought for just about 300K, i think about 9-10 years ago is now valued at about a million dollars....now thats a friggin ridiculous price change.......

 

In San Jose, CA, it's $2.79 for regular, and $2.99 for premium...[:@]

 

Not too bad at 2.34 for regular but expected to greatly jump for the tourism down at the shore

 

In Rock Hill, SC regular is $2.39. In Gafney about 40 miles away it was $1.89 at a station off I-85 last weekend. The line was out to the exit ramp.

 

2.31 ford regular here in Wildwood (south) New Jersey

 

Here in Indy $2.69 regular 15-20 cents more for premium. Of course it jumped like 30 cents last week for all the final four folks here in town
